How long will it take to receive my order?
It will take 2-3 business days to process your order and 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered.
What is your return policy?
Merchandise can be returned within 10 days of your order delivery date. SPG does NOT offer refunds AFTER 10 days of your order delivery date, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. All returns must be submitted via UPS, USPS or FedEx. The cost of $9 will be deducted from your merchandise refund for each return package sent. All packages must be postmarked within 10 days of your delivery date.
Will I get charged for returned shipping?

Do you offer international shipping?
No, we are not offering international shipping at this time. Check back for updates.
When will I be refunded?
A refund will be issued after your return has been processed, which will take 10 business days after your return is received. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your return and refund amounts. Don’t sweat it, we got you!
How is the quality of your products?
The quality of our products is premium quality. It is comfortable, soft and long lasting. Our fabrics are cotton and polyester. Follow the wash guide and your items will last.
I just placed my order, can I change it?
Your order cannot be changed after 2 days of purchase due to it already being processed. If you have any questions please email us at WearSPG@gmail.com
What is considered a final sale?
Any item that is marked down from its original price.
My coupon is not working. What should I do?
Double check the expiration date of the coupon and make sure you are entering the correct code. If it is already expired, sign up for our newsletter so you can get future coupons.
The item I want is sold out. What should I do?
Sign up for our newsletter so you can be notified when our stylish items come back in stock.
Can I use more than one Promo Code on an order?
Our system is set up so that we can only apply one Promo Code per order. If you have any coupons with future expiration dates, make sure to save them for use on your next order.
